What would you highlight about North Side Studios Sayulita
Beautiful rooms with living room. Close to restaurants and chill live music and beach access.
Great space and amazing living room. Kitchenette had a fridge and pots/pans. Street below had some good restaurants and live music. Chill street.
No A/C in the second bedroom with the king bed. I slept in the queen bed room but unfortunately it was really noisy that night because of a Carnival. I didn't sleep much. If the A/C was working in the bedroom with the king bed, I would have switch to that room as that room wasn't right off the street and had more secluded noise. Regardless, I don't think the owners could have helped with the Carnival and noise level on the day I stayed in this apartment. Oh well!

I do not recommend this location
Location is petty close to the beach. BUT...
Check-in is a nightmare if you don't speak fluent Spanish. There is no check-in desk/person, hard to find the accommodation as there is no address on the building. You have to phone when you arrive, not easy (especially if you don't speak Spanish obviously, I lucked out and wrangled a Spanish speaking tourist to use her phone to help me contact someone employed at the hotel. Did I mention that there is no "front desk"?!? There's a phone number on the locked entrance door that acts as the first step to checking in, then IF you speak Spanish fluently, you stand around waiting for someone to come and let you you. Then I found out, only because I was lucky enough to find someone to interpret for me, that they had given away my room...grrrr. I do not recommend this location

Looks the part but not as good as looks. They need a better system to let guests in
Overall looked the part, was a gorgeous comfortable place but was a bit faulty on facilities
It took 40 minutes for someone to come and let me in!! Even though I was in touch with someome they just kept saying someone was on their way which was super frustrating - granted it was a last minute booking but I had said I would arrive between 6-7pm which I did. They shouldn't be available for immediate guaranteed bookings if they can't accommodate. The guy who then came still took a while to find my booking but was very sweet!! The air con leaked throughout the night so was huge puddle of water left, the shower pressure was non existent and the second fan didn't work

Really nice place and good location!
The bathroom smell a little bit weird, but aside from that, everything perfect.
